The Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic is delighted to announce the arrival of our first in port cruise ship in 31 months!
The first ship, Ocean Explorer, will be here this coming Saturday, April 30th, from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.
Ocean Explorer is 104m long vessel with a capacity of 162 passengers.
Along with the cruise ship and industry stakeholders, the Fisheries Museum of the Atlantic’s primary concern is for the safety of our staff, community and the passengers and crews. We are pleased to report that protocols are in place both on ship and at our site for the return of cruise to our area.
We look forward to providing a welcoming experiencing to our community and area as we take a step toward returning to normal with our cruise visitors.
We wish you a great first day with hopes for a summer season that is positively impacted by the return of the cruise ship industry.
